Pros
Your direct managers (agents) and co-workers would help you get to where you need to be … they aspire you. The work is daunting at first but after a while it’d become first nature.
Cons
Meetings every Tuesday unnecessary long hours … to many Admins in the meetings when one could be working a getting things done. Management changed and the process in the department and it became unnoticed and over looked … no direction. You have to live near Miami Beach because it’s exhausting (commuting) if you live to far.
