      Pros

      - Healthy and good bonding with teams - Rewards based on efforts - Good support and training by team lead - Learnt a lot from Sales to Property

      Cons

      - Because of previous mismanagement by the COO, company went downhill till they had to merge. After merge, everything not well as they treat us like people no soul rather than human (this is under the new company management). Sad to see my previous beloved team had to separate from each other
