Pros
Well you get to dress in sporty or casual clothes and it's a job ; plus they have all the equipment you need to use to do the job correctly ; well it's really just the chemical equipment used for sanitizing and cleaning and the towels and toilet paper and soaps.
Cons
Where I worked at they only had two housekeeping carts; that the housekeeping employees could use to do the job in the rooms and bathrooms and lobby areas; it disgusted me because the rooms quilt blankets had smoking burned up holes and some of the fleece blankets and behind the mini refrigerators there was eggs of roaches and the inn and some bathrooms didn't look in great conditions ; including the mini refrigerators and lamp heads and some bed pillows were stained and some blankets even stinked ; plus there are no health benefits ; and there were no vacation benefits at all.
