      Pros

      Pros are that they are good at faking how the management is run by good people

      Cons

      They have a hire and fire culture. They'll simply cheat you and then use your own creations further like your contribution did not even matter. It was a heartbreaking incident for someone who has never been laid off in 6 years of career!

      The company provides a collaborative and supportive work culture, and leadership genuinely encourages professional growth. My team works cohesively, and there are clear processes that make day-to-day operations smoother. Work–life balance is generally respected, and communication between departments has improved significantly.

      Cons

      A large portion of the work is handled offshore, so coordination can sometimes take extra time and lead to delays. Communication across time zones can slow decision-making, and clearer processes or new collaboration approaches would help things move faster. Occasional workload spikes also make it challenging to keep timelines aligned.
