Most basic of benefits, toxic work environment, prepare to be gaslit and feel like you are in the most unstable of relationships, scapegoat mentality, have to jump through hoops for a payrise, don’t bother thinking I’ve worked really hard all year that means nothin, Got a letter from the CEO SS saying (we can't afford a payrise) Lack of training, negotiate hard for your starting salary as it may not budge for some time. It's a family run business with unqualified family members that struggle to write a decent email to staff. A company that can't afford an office even in Croydon.
