Pros
WellDatabase has some of the best people and work is very interesting. Management is fairly young, but smart and well directed. Plenty of work to do and flexible schedule is nice.
Cons
Lots of hours and little pay so far. Tons of potential if all goes well, but as a startup, am working for peanuts. Lots of work to get done, so it takes time.
