Can be a temporary option if you need a short-term job. Suitable for a 3–6 month transition period. Fast-paced environment and opportunities to work in China.
Cons
Very high engineer turnover, most team members stay less than one year. Layoffs are often decided based on management’s subjective judgment. Lack of job stability and long-term security. No clear long-term career development path.

Some colleagues are nice and hardworking. The compensation may look reasonable at first.
Cons
If you care about your professional reputation and mental well-being, be very cautious. Management can be extremely toxic — they suppress, humiliate, and gaslight employees. Once you try to stand up for yourself, they may retaliate by spreading false rumors, including questioning your mental stability. Even after you leave, there may be attempts to damage your reputation.
