      No Pros .. Only is you can join if you not get job at any other place . So make it a last option.

      Cons

      Very Cheap Management they think 100 times before spending a single rupee . No Drinking Water Arrangement, AC Big problem one or two ac for 50-60 employees ,They put Jammer on some time that is non Social activity I think You can not talk to your home in urgency .
