Pros
Web Inventix was a very fun place to spread your creative marketing wings and have a good deal of freedom. The team is very collaborative and we are always open for a brainstorm of new ideas. They had very good management's support, especially for executing digital campaigns or for proving out experimental approaches. I now have good experience at client communications, lead generation and campaign implementation.
Cons
As a young company, there were delays on approvals at times and some interdepartmental hiccups. Wage hikes and bonuses may be more based and performance related.
