      Pros

      Great learning environment — great for learning to code and building real-world skills. Good introduction to tech & career starter — especially for people wanting to break into software development. Relevant curriculum — structured to prepare students for coding and work environments.

      Cons

      Intense workload / time-consuming — rigorous and demanding. Stipend issues / compensation low — as it’s primarily a free training program with a modest stipend, not a full salary. stipend can be increased through campus roles. Placement clarity — placement into jobs after the program isn’t always clear or guaranteed.
