Good Concept, but Toxic and Micromanaged Workplace

The concept of the company is strong, addressing a real need in the market.
Cons
The team I worked with was small and disorganised, leading to frequent miscommunication and confusion. There was a toxic atmosphere that affected collaboration and morale, making it difficult to feel motivated. Leadership often failed to provide clear direction, which exacerbated the disorganisation and frustration within the team. Micromanagement from leadership created an environment of distrust and stifled creativity.

The development team is full of really focused and nice people, helping each other, and always keen to be up to date with the latest technologies. I have really appreciated the opportunity to work with them.
Cons
Basically there are no cons, it's just a really inspiring and promising working environment.
