Pros
- You will get lot of projects from different domains to work upon - The people here are helpful - Get chance to learn lot many things - Get payment on time - As a CS background student I got lot many projects to work upon that eventually helped me to learn lot of stuff in my domain - No pressure to work in a particular project or at a particular time - You can do the work at your own pace in a project of your own choice - You can get ownership of a project also
