Pros

Good environment to learn, get established in warehousing workflows and engineering

Cons

Manager first company, there is really nothing you can do if your manager gives you unfair reviews. After two bad reviews I'd say leave and find another job

Pros

Great Colleagues: Despite the overall chaos, the people I worked with were kind, supportive, and truly helped make the environment more bearable.

Cons

Leadership Instability: I was set up for failure from day one. My hiring manager resigned before I even started, and my one-up manager was let go within the first week. Lack of Guidance: For the first three months, I had no manager, guidance, or clear definition of my role. Poor Performance Management: I never received clear expectations or mid-year feedback; my only performance review came at the end of the year, making it impossible to improve in real time. Unempathetic Layoff Process: Receiving an impersonal 7 AM email on a Friday to learn if your role was safe, and having your access abruptly cut off if impacted, left no room for knowledge transfer or proper goodbyes.

Pros

Pay in Canada is top notch. WLB is good.

Cons

The recent RTO policy is a deal breaker for care givers. They start to mandate people coming back to the office with no solid grounds to prove the productivity boost whatsoever despite people have questioned the policy over multiple occasions. From a caregiver's perspective, HR does not really consider the individual situations, just redirect the ask to the managers where the managers ask employees to talk to the HR. The decision process is extremely unclear and confusing. We don't know who makes the decision. Also most of the team members are from different timezones, which renders the RTO useless, since there is no real team members there, but only make the meetings even more difficult with lots of noises and limited meeting rooms. Despite the senior leadership advocate people going back to the office, they mostly are still working remotely .
