      Pros

      None, not a single good thing about this company.

      Cons

      Besides the fact I was trained by a complete drug addict that would regularly pass out on the job site. I was blamed for jobs not being completed when I had no idea what I was doing & management knew that when he hired me! Not to mention the complete disregard for safety equipment, during the winter it was common to be sent out during Blizzards and incredibly unsafe working conditions.

      None that I could possibly think of.

      Cons

      Extreme disregard for PPE & technician safety. Every tech I worked with is no longer there. Lack of accountability when it comes to training in general. Owner is a self centered man child who scams/overbids customers. Awful pay for the dangerous labor you’re doing. The co-owner even left because the main owner is so unbearable & toxic.

      Pros

      Was an OK place to work, I enjoyed the job and the other employees were great.

      Cons

      Owner didn't care about employee development, lacked basic management skills and didn't care about the employees. Most of the employees couldn't afford rent or house payments but the owner built a multi million dollar home.
