      - Clearly Determined job responsibilities and tasks - Transparent company policies regarding employees, tenants and procedures - Fair division of work among different job positions - Freedom and trust to you as employee, as long as you meet your job responsibilities - Support from higher management - Competitive salary and possibility to get pay raise

      Cons

      - Buildings need more renovations, which could make tenants more satisfied with their overall experience and increase tenants/employees satisfaction and prolong tenants stay in the buildings.

      Low pay, micro management at its best, bed bugs & cockroaches in the building. The management is really just terrible

      Never ending changes to processes

      It was a small company

      Cons

      Being small, one would think it would be easy to get along but there was lots of throwing under the bus & backstabbing. The processes would change almost daily as there were no written guidelines as to how things got done.
