Pros
The people are very welcoming and you get the experience you are looking for as long as you put in the work. My boss is very caring and puts family and health first which is nice coming from a boss. You get close with your co-workers and it's as if it's your second family.
Cons
Need more people to help fill positions we are lacking on. Have to pick up shifts due to not enough people. Pay needs to be higher.
