      Nothing apart from timely salary

      Cons

      First time its a company with 10 hr shift No proper break management No weekoff preference asked people will force u to tk weekoff on their will Managers dont know how to manage a team No support Dont even follow covid guidelines n force people to come to offc even if they r sick risking lives There are so many cons cant list all here
