Pros
It's a very familiar company. We have space to be better every day. Nice directors, nice teammates and a nice place and equipments to work.
Cons
We don't have a competitive salary. In my way, I start as a treinee. I learned a lot bit my job title and salary are the same after five years. Without any promotion os something to make me fell better.
