Pros
VI offers a lot of opportunity for learning and advancement. Great team environment, everyone works hard but its a friendly environment. The company organizes regular lunches and team building activities. The leadership team is very accessible and open to hearing ideas on how to grow the company. There are new hires from the past few months and years, as well as people who have been with the company for ten or more years.
Cons
Honestly, nothing comes to mind, it has been a great experience working at VI
