Pros

Running out of good things to say.... Used to be the staff but most got fired as Covid happened then most of the rest left. Used to be understanding management but that changed and caused the above. You get your birthday off I guess

Cons

Company feels like it is circling the drain. Change of "big plan" every few months. No training, most people left or were let go. This company specialises in Remote Customer Experience and used COVID as the reason its done badly and had to fire 40% of staff.....
