Pros

VisionTree as an organization is a great place to work giving equal opportunity to all the Employee to grow by leaps and bound in their respective roles. Organization is Process Oriented hence individual has all freedom to perform their duties to achieve the defined goals. It is the Growing Organization having "CUSTOMER FIRST" as an attitude where all the associated Team Members collaborate and goes extra mile to help overcome the challenges to achieve the organization objective.

Cons

It is the company which will embrace individual with the core capabilities who can add value everyday by achieving the Performance Indices! This might not be favorable to the one who at looking to learn to build their career!

Pros

If you are clever enough to fool the boss you are set other wise you are out the door

Cons

During the interview process and initiation you get a feel that this is a professional company and the HR and management do a good job is masking all the evil from your eyes. Once you join you just need to take 1 look into their CRM to see the number of idle profiles of employees who have left. Attrition is at a all time high and the line manager are awful. Focus and target provided by a certain dual sim individual is always changing and there is really no focused approach . I wish I had seen this before I joined .
