Pros

One of the biggest strengths of the company is its people. There is a genuine sense of teamwork across departments, and colleagues are generally supportive, collaborative, and willing to help each other succeed. This creates a positive day-to-day working environment despite other challenges.

Cons

The company struggles with a lack of clear, consistent direction. Goals are frequently changed or redefined, which makes it difficult for teams to maintain focus and deliver long-term impact. There is also a noticeable disconnect between leadership expectations and the resources provided—C-level management often expects strong results without allocating sufficient time, budget, or manpower. Additionally, different teams often operate with unsynchronized goals, leading to inefficiencies, duplicated efforts, and misalignment across the organization.

Pros

I am ex Meta and I joined Virtualness in Singapore. I had a great time working at Virtualness specially on building the apac business and expanding into sports etc. Loved the team and the fast paced culture of hyper experimentation which a startup should do - the scale of ambition and think big and bold attitude was amazing, I had a great time

Cons

distributed team across the world sometimes had timezone issues to bring everyone together

Pros

Close-knit, high-performing team that feels more like a family than just coworkers. Leadership is genuinely ambitious and unafraid to embrace change or experiment for the better. Customer obsession is real – the team goes above and beyond to deliver value. Fast-paced and agile work environment that encourages ownership and innovation. Transparent communication and a culture that celebrates both wins and learnings. Opportunities to make an impact from day one.

Cons

The pace can feel intense if you're used to a slow-moving or highly structured setup. As a growing company, some processes are still taking shape – ideal for problem-solvers, not for the impatient or negative thinkers. Requires adaptability and a positive, can-do attitude to thrive here.
