No benefits Low pay Occasionally misses payday by a few days/weeks Management regularly makes promises to employees for raises and then fails to honor them The sales team has a poor understanding of the capabilities of the technology they sell, and often sell clients on features we aren't capable of implementing High turnover/burnout Little room for growth - no money is made available to staff for promotions, raises, etc
