1. Being the employee I never feel bound to work on the same task whole day. Variety of tasks as per the official timings are assigned which actually help me in overall development. 2. Great working hours and suitable timings to manage personal life. 3. Very Co-operative staff.

Pros
Lovely place to work. The colleagues and seniors are of very Jolly and helpful nature. The best thing about the company is that they never delay the salary. No serious issues about leaves if informed in advance or if it's an emergency. There is the wide scope of learning and growth.
Cons
They sometimes expect the employee to stretch working hours by half or one hour in the evening if there something urgent.
