I can see myself staying here all the way through retirement
Pros
The product is ground breaking and has the ability to significantly improve patients lives. It's a new company so there are very little workplace politics to navigate. Some of the people that work here are the best in the world at what they do, and everyone is a blend of hard working, kind, and generous with their time. There is a lot of work place flexibility there if you simply ask for it.
Cons
There isn't a corporate office per se, but all but one of the top leaders in the company work remotely—often as far as half a continent away. This distance makes it difficult for the leadership to stay in touch with day to day action at times (though you can always reach out to them). There is no clear path for promotion or pay increases; though word is that is about to change for the better.
