9mo I hope this message finds you well. I am uncertain as to why you submitted this review two years following your release, but it is clear that we were not aligned in our understanding. You were employed as a support technician, which was your designated role, so I am unclear about the reference to a management position. Your employment coincided with the post Covid pandemic, during which I had to adjust my business model, resulting in numerous changes. I regret that you felt as you did, but I must express that I believe the statements made above are inaccurate.
