      Good social Banter Free food Pool table

      Cons

      Bad management. Lots of drug use in the office and people sleeping with the directors. Unrealistic expectations to target global market. Cannot supply what they say unless you are the best customer. They don’t care about the little people.

      Great Company

      Pros

      The people. You work with amazing people who all have the same work ethos. Everyone is always ready to help and the management and leadership team really do listen. Great company values, great exposure, and great opportunities if you are willing to take on new responsibilities and ownership. Great work/life balance

      Dear Poster Are you sure you are referring to Viadex Global in your post, as we have only had two team members leave us in the last 12 months and they have both received excellent career opportunities that we knew about before hand and fully supported? If you are a current Viadex employee, we encourage you to #Own IT and speak to someone about the problems you are experiencing. You have been given numerous opportunities, as have all other employees in Viadex, to give their comments through an internal, anonymous survey. We don't think you are an internal employee - prove it by speaking directly to us.
