Pros
- Lots of flexibility to manage your own time and agenda - High innovation speed - Philips legacy
Cons
- Zero processes - Zero empathy from upper management. They are literally unbothered by how you feel personally - Very limited rewards and growth opportunities - Only way is growth (obviously due to PE behind) but brings a lot of pressure/discussions especially near year end - More work, more clients, more targets -> less people/rewards - Very individualistic (e.g. in targets) - Generally many people are demotivated which does not bring very positive athmosphere
