Pros
Work here really matters, you can see the difference the company makes to clients, it’s exciting to be at the leading edge of AI and have access to training and tools that you would not get anywhere else. If you put your head up and show initiative, people notice and you are trusted to take on responsibility and steer your own path. People here are very kind and collaborative, always looking to help and it feels like a real team spirit.
Cons
It’s a fast-moving environment which personally suits me but if you prefer a slower and more structured pace it can feel intense at times. Processes are still catching up with the growth of the business, not unusual for a company at this stage but worth knowing going in.
