      > not find any good things about company during my employment

      Cons

      > Late salary some time its late more then 20 days. > poor management and nontechnical people handle team. > no salary structure , No increment, no Leave > worst HR policy > company will fired u without any reason and without any notice period. > strict bond policy with submit original documents. > Never think about personal growth in this company

      Pros

      There is no reason to work here. If you are not getting job in any other comapanies then only can join here.

      Cons

      Poor management people. Unhygienic place. Project manager is having PTC degree so he doesn’t have technical knowledge. After 1 year at increment time they don’t give you increment only but also they fire you without 45 days notice period.
