They will never shortcut you, they will always go out their way to provide you with all things that are required for you to be placed in the Job market. Cons
High percentage of your salary is cut. However, the guidance and training make up for that because optimizes your chances of being placed in the job market to fullest. So I would definitely take the salary cut for more guaranteed placement.
