      Pros

      It is not a large corporation and every employee can be heard. It is a highly efficient company. Strong corporate culture, regular meetups and workshops, compensation for learning, and certification. Most of the activities are agile, with emphasis on the feedback cycle.

      You need to work here to be recognized, well paid, and progress in your career.

      - Interesting projects with a good technical stack - Higher than market salary

      Cons

      - You can be fired in just one day, without a prior notice or an explanation. Management literally doesn't understand why they should at least notify you. This is not a stable job and not a position you should rely on. - They wont pay you for your work. They will expect you to work for free before firing you. Be warned. - Excruciatingly detailed time logging requirements. - No corporate culture, no paid holidays, no medical insurance, just salary. - Most people are overworked, poor work/life balance.
