Great colleagues, Great environment, Open communication, Independent work for most part. Always try to innovate according to marked requirements.

Cons

Decent salary but depends on your variable bonus. Some employees who have worked for a long time are very arrogant and consider themselves above all and destroy the vector environment(only some, most colleagues are very friendly and accommodating).

Management changes frequently. No organizational hierarchy. Seniors are not having expertise. Hires juniors at mass level. Fixed and variable pay (bonus) calculation creates confusion.
