Pros
I had a positive experience working at Vecmocon Technologies. It's a great place to learn, take ownership, and work on meaningful projects in the EV space. The work environment is fast-paced, and there's plenty of opportunity to grow. One thing I really appreciated was the supportive leadership. The founder, Adarsh, is approachable, encourages new ideas, and genuinely supports employees in solving challenges and improving processes.
Cons
Role clarity and ownership between functions, particularly with the Finance team, could be improved. Better definition of responsibilities and decision-making would help reduce delays and improve cross-functional collaboration.
