Pros
Prior to 2023 acquisition, the company was a wonderful place to work. If offered competitive pay, strong benefit plan, a collaborative team environment, and a positive, engaging culture.
Cons
After the 2023 acquisition, the organization introduced numerous processes and protocols that, in my opinion, diminished the fun, laid-back culture that once made it unique. Many of the perks and benefits employees previously enjoyed were reduced or eliminated.
