- Global Team - It's not everyday you get to work with people all across the world in various timezones. You learn a lot about the world around you, have interesting conversations and can work remotely!
- Flexibility - The most important aspect of working at VanHack is there is trust and flexibility. When I worked there, they let me work part-time for a month due to health reasons. There was also flexibility to work remotely from other timezones temporarily

- Startup - VanHack is a small company so sometimes there isn't the support of a larger organization. As a team member, you need to pull up your socks and solve problems sometimes
