      opportunity to work as Co-founder.

      Pathetic working culture, scrum in Marathi ! Politics at its peak, haven’t seen anywhere, it’s my third company. No work life balance, boss deliberately put it’s wrong doing on its subordinate shoulder.. nice right!

However, we have observed that this review shows the ultimate reaction and frustration to the hard decisions we have taken such as separation of few employees due to poor performance and attitude irrespective of constructive feedback shared Multiple times. However, what ,we have learned from this review is, not to tolerate poor performances and attitude.

      Yes cons are there ! Some senior people do micro-management For HR (Communication , Behaviour and responsiveness needs improvement.) Rules are not same here for everyone some people are homies :)

      Best reasons to work to ruin your carrier. Carrier spoiler.

      You are not eligible to take leave in first 6th month.They are using outdated tools which is not used in market.Never go to this company if you want to ruin your career then join it.Manger is not good he is rude.

      Thank you for the review. First six months is a probation period and its an industry standard practice, that, employee is not eligible for leave. Still we do allow leaves with prior approval to certain extent in first six months. We always try to be considerate towards our employees. Further , VAST has created many employment opportunities and have paved way for many careers which we continue to do. We have a employee friendly culture where everyone is respected and valued.
