Pros
Projects are interesting and there are always new ones available (keeps it interesting). Colleagues are friendly and the environment is familial.
Cons
Always pay salaries on time, delays in salaries will create a frustration among employees.

flexible hours (results driven team), honest opinion with great feedback (helps identify my weak and strong sides), ability to work from home (great list of working tools available to efficiently work from any location), free technical support for personal devices (helps to fix and maintain my computer and phone devices in good working order, also trains me how to protect myself on the net). friendly management (management works together with you)
Cons
salary could be higher (they pay is low here), no office as every team member works from home (some times i wish to get away from home), no free gym membership.
