      Pros

      Great overtime opportunities and the per diem was fair. Hotels paid for. Usually provided expensive tools, which may have changed.

      Cons

      Promised bonuses on timely and high quality installs never came. Pay is skewed towards lowest common denominator.

      They act like they care.

      Cons

      They don't care, willing to cut corners, will accuse you of a crime without proof and let you go, office staff looks down on field personnel, will do whatever they can to avoid signing any paperwork for hours, will dip, duck, and dodge any legal way they can, and owner does not have his license last I heard; is using someone else's EC and that individual does not oversee any part of anything(this comes from me asking while I worked there. 2nd in command confirmed)

      Some of the people are great people to work with. Had some very good times in the beginning.
