No AC in summers (could be an OSHA violation), COO can’t keep his cool and has no idea how to respectfully talk to his subordinates especially the sales team (you guys don’t get enough credit for working with him). HR is a complete joke at the best of times, is always late with completing tasks even when she herself has initiated said tasks. Upper management will not listen to you no matter how well thought out, organized, nor if it will benefit the company, management will do it their way even if the product is trash. The 2 coworkers mentioned above is the self appointed manager and the lazy one. Some coworkers can’t take criticism and make the toxic environment even more toxic.
