Pros
The product actually works and solves a clear pain point for property managers. That makes a big difference day to day. You're not trying to manufacture value out of nothing. Leadership gives people room to own their work. Hybrid setup in Austin is well-balanced. Good mix of in-office collaboration and flexibility. The team is sharp and the culture is low-ego. The company is growing but still small enough that your work has visible impact. You're not a cog.
Cons
Small company trade-offs apply. Resources aren't unlimited, and you'll wear more hats than your title suggests. Priorities can shift as the product evolves and new segments open up. Some internal processes are still maturing. Not a dealbreaker, but worth knowing if you're coming from a larger org with everything already built out.

Excellent team of people, very supportive and collaborative. Leadership is hands on and happy to jump in and help when needed. Office culture is positive and it's a hybrid schedule so you can to connect with your peers but also work from home when needed. We're helping people solve real problems and it feels good to show up to work every day.
Cons
It’s a rapidly scaling tech company where the bar for performance is set high. That said, you’re well-supported and have many avenues to contribute and stand out. If you’re after something more relaxed and low-key, this probably won’t be the right environment.
