      Pros

      I received transparent feedback and support through out the interview process and invited to a culture fit afternoon hosted in the Userled offices where I met the full welcoming team ahead of deciding to join. The whole team have been very supportive during onboarding and it is a very collaborative environment.

      Amazing product and engineering culture and team. Loved the freedom to do real product work - speaking to customers, building prototypes, reviewing metrics.

      Long days - which for the most part is fun - but can get tiring!
