Pros
getting access to the tech and being able to use in the free time, working with an amazing team of trainers, and learning about wellness.
Cons
A startup where leadership is completely disconnected from the workers and does not listen their request for basic needs. they had employees doing various roles to save money and over worked their team members to the point of them being burnt out. I had to see twice how they fired a group of people through group chat in a Video Conference. Complete lack of empathy from the owners.
