Pros

I can’t say enough good things about UpSpring. I began my career here practically fresh out of college, and the opportunities I’ve been given to grow both personally and professionally have been endless. Working at UpSpring, you feel supported, heard, and like it’s truly a place where you can develop and thrive. Not to mention the tight-knit community. The culture is fueled by optimism, professionalism, and, at the end of the day, joy. Managers are invested in your growth and are always rooting for one another. The best perk? A fully remote working environment.

Cons

You have to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and prepared to adapt quickly. While this is true of PR agencies in general, a strong sense of direction and a level-headed approach are important here. You will always have support and oversight, but it’s important to stay proactive and move quickly to stay on top of priorities and meet KPIs and goals.

Pros

The level of support I have in this role is unmatched, I have worked for companies that range from small start up to international and have never felt as supported in my growth and career than I do at UpSpring. It's a collaborative environment, from what we offer to clients and how we help each other internally. The 1:1 support and consistency is refreshing and appreciated.

Cons

It can be fast paced at times but that's not only a normal part of agency life, it's crucial in developing communication, prioritization and so many other skillsets vital for any role or level of seniority.

Pros

UpSpring is full of genuinely good people who care deeply about their work and each other. Leadership is transparent, communicative, and human, even when navigating tough decisions or growing pains. Most of the team has been there for years (some over a decade!), which says a lot about the culture. I left to explore an in-house role, but I’d absolutely come back. People have boomeranged here, so it's also comforting to know I can explore and potentially come back.

Cons

Agency life can be fast-paced and demanding, and growth + economic cycles sometimes bring change that isn’t always easy. But UpSpring handled it with honesty and care, which makes all the difference.
