      Pros

      Many young people work at Universit. They are ambitious and friendly.

      Cons

      - Management don't care about their employees - Management let people work extra hours without extra salary - There is no vision and no mission (only mission is to earn money as fast as possible) - Management don't communicate to employees - Big chance that company does not survive for a long time anymore (no clients) - Employees are all the time afraid to lose job/get punishment - Management is screaming loudly to their employees to get things done

      work sphere is good. work is interesting, location is good, the possibility to work from home is very appreciated

      Cons

      communication not consequent, sometimes it is good and other times not. possibilities for the future are not clear and it causes stress.
