Pros
Nice and friendly people, integration events/outings, solid HR team and good experience within recruitment process.
Cons
Stagnation in professional development as well as in the company progress, feedback runs poorly and rarely, there are no professional growth plans in place, management has zero people/soft skills, director of marketing is just trying to win friends instead of be professional leader, 1:1s are no existent, they only track number of leads, salary is not competitive at all,
