- Far too many bum lickers . - Management are abysmal and bully the young workers. - Do not get paid your worth, Do not fall for the good reviews people as they are lies!

Great colleagues; high quality work. Not for profit organisation

Cons

Abysmal management who don't listen. 1 printer between 100 people. Ridiculous caseloads. IT System that crashes for a day at a time, meaning no work can be done because there are no paper files. Impossible to do a good or even half decent job because management will not recruit. Excuses and blame are the norm, not progressive forward thinking management. Union members are being badly let down simply because of pigheaded and incompetent management
