Still a nightmare

Pros

You can move up very fast because people drop like flies around here

Cons

CEO is the worst human being I have ever met. He forces us to leave positive reviews on here whenever someone leaves an honest one. (Just look at the dates on the reviews, no one in their right mind believes all these staff randomly left reviews on and around the same days Stuart...) So unless youre into backstabbing, petty childish hissy fits, sexist emails and abusive managment techniques, I would stay far away. I mostly stay because at this point, its like watching a train wreak....I need to see how this one ends.

First off, thank you for this comment on the environment at Ulistic. Yes, we have had our issues in the past and no business is immune to challenges such as this. We have taken this feedback and immediately implemented structural changes within our leadership and sourced professional guidance to further develop our leadership efforts. We have also worked on understanding the work environment for all generations of team members at Ulistic. Change doesn't occur overnight, but we feel that the ship is pointing in the right direction.

Pros

Technically the pay, benefits, & experience (which are all just sort of dangled in your face)

Cons

Unprofessional management (non-inclusive, talks badly about former employees, breaks labour laws, intimidating) High turn-over rate (no training, no useful communication, no coaching, no room for growth)

Pros

I enjoy getting the chance to help clients improve their businesses by reaching more people with the work we do. Our staff is very dedicated to the people we serve.

Cons

Sometimes there seems to be poor communication amongst higher-ups in terms of what is being assigned to who and how things should get done. It can sometimes be hard to get concrete responses.
