Pros
Great company where I can get interesting experience and develop professionally. Very loyal and responsive management, always goes to meet.
Cons
The need to work remotely can be cons for those who like to drink coffee in the office and play the Play Station on their breaks. But you quickly get used to it and start going to coworking or cafes.

UUU's team is very friendly and cooperative, all the team members are professional and constantly growing both professionally and personally. The top management is always available and ready to help regardless of the size of the matter. There is no micro management and the whole team is proactive. Overall, very pleasant place to improve and grow as a professional.
Cons
Since we already have an office in Toronto, would be nice to have a branch for our European team as well.
