      Pros

      Work from home, 4-day week, touch with a different tech all the time. Really friendly team and management.

      Cons

      Salary could be better for this segment of industry, the lack of process flow, training and certifications are welcome but hard to get free time because it's too busy and no resources provided such as labs.
